With over a decade of progressive experiences in corporate finance and investments, Steven Teng currently serves as Senior Vice President at a $6.5 billion AUM family office, spearheading strategic and financial investments as well as overseeing worldwide asset management functions.

Most notably, Steven orchestrated combined $230M ground-lease and fee-simple transactions on a distressed Class-A office/retail mixed-use commercial real estate asset located in the heart of Plaza District, New York City. Steven also was credited for a $700M equity injection in leading Spanish sports media company and its subsequent debt restructuring.

Prior to that, Steven was a key member of the flagship corporate development team at Westlake Financial Services majority owned by Don Hankey, behind its successful launch of first-ever online auto financing platforms in joined partnerships with Autotrader, Capital One, CarGurus, and TrueCar among other leading financial institutions and auto tech companies.

Steven holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Economics from UCLA and a master’s degree in Finance from University of Rochester’s Simon Business School.
